Magnetic latching solenoids (also known as keep solenoids, hold solenoids) are open frame solenoids that have permanent magnets incorporated into their circuitry. These solenoids have a strong hold position with no power, making them ideal for battery operation or continuous duty applications.
Our magnetic latching solenoids are available in a variety of sizes providing different voltage capabilities. Due to the low power consumption, they provide excellent locking solenoid solutions for all kinds of applications.
