Helping take NSF into the future, along with my team of experts in their fields, and ensuring the continued success of this multi-award-winning business. In my spare time, I enjoy a good murder mystery and anything Sci-Fi. I can usually be found crafting something new whilst watching the latest binge-worthy series or listening to my favourite heavy metal bands.

Lee Wilson

I started at NSF 45 years ago as an apprentice, with only a brief gap in 1997, and I am now the Operations Director, managing the day-to-day operations of all departments across the factory and coordinating the efficient production of NSF products. I also evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending my time going on walks and bird watching.

I joined NSF Controls in 2011 as a Commercial Administrator; my current job title is Sales Account Coordinator.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and baking, particularly for celebrations, creating cakes for family and friends. I relish spending time working in my garden, although I’m not patient enough to grow my own produce. But most of all, I love my “Granny Time” with my two wonderful granddaughters.

I joined NSF Controls as a QHSE Manager with experience in the aerospace-certified manufacturing industry. I look forward to working with my colleagues at NSF to drive quality, environmental, health, and safety initiatives.

Establishing good communication and collaboration with suppliers and customers will be key to maintaining quality.

I joined NSF Controls after completing my Mechanical Engineering degree and work on designing and developing bespoke solenoid solutions. Each product is engineered to meet our customers’ exact requirements, with precision, thorough testing, and close collaboration across the design and manufacturing process. Outside of work, I enjoy tinkering with cars, travelling, exploring new cultures, and trying different cuisines along the way.

I started my career in 2002 as an Apprentice Avionics Technician with the British Army. I have since gained experience and qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing and Management, which have enabled me to serve and progress in various capacities. I am passionate about developing strong, agile teams and delivering exceptional value to our customers. I am a DIY fanatic, which means I spend most of my weekends shopping around for new tools and working on my mini projects at home.
